In particular, the price of foam has risen sharply, which directly increases the production cost of finished office and gaming chairs. To cut costs, many manufacturers in the market have replaced conventional foam with cheaper alternatives as chair padding. MC-132-1		PP Cotton inside, soft and flexible. But it can’t retain the shape of chair, usually cause the chair looks wrinkled. Cost is the highest
		PK Cotton, now many factory use this kind of foam(Polyester Hard Wadding), which is cheapest material,but it is not flexible, after long time using it will be out of shape and can’t return back anymore
		Regular PU foam, quality depends on different density. This kind of foam can make the chair looks consistent, and retain the shape of chair.

In total there are 3 different kind of filled foam for office chair and game chair. PK cotton is used for low end chair, PP cotton used for high end chair, and regular PU foam an be used for middle to high end chairs.

 From chair photos, it is difficult to find which material used. It can be distinguish only by touching and sitting on the chair to feel it for professional workers. That’s why many customers find different prices based on “same chair”.
