How do you control your quality?

We control quality from the beginning of production.

1) Once material arrived, we inspect gaslift, mechanism, leather color, thickness of plywood.

2) Before production of plywood, we will assemble one chair with plywood only to check

total depth of chair, and inspect the chair if it is even.

3) Before nail job, we will assemble one chair to check the details.

4) During sewing job, we check leather cover if it is well made.

5) During packing the cushions in bag, we will check the seat and back cushions if any parts broken.

6) During packing, we will check one by one if any part missing.

7) After packing before loading container, we will open the box and assemble again to check quality of whole chair
