1. Immediate Material Inspection: As soon as materials arrive at the factory, our professional quality inspectors will check the quality of key components such as gas lifts and chassis, and handle any problems immediately.
2. Real-time Production Quality Control: We emphasize to every employee—whether managers or front-line workers—that everyone is responsible for quality control. After semi-finished products with gun nails are produced, they will be assembled and inspected for details, such as gaps at the connection of backrests and cushions, and whether the chairs are skewed. Before mass woodworking production, the first set of wood panels will be assembled to check if the overall depth of the chair meets the requirements and if the panels are skewed after installation.
3. Continuous Semi-finished Product Inspection: Details are inspected at any time during the semi-finished product production process to avoid potential quality hazards.
4. Pre-packaging Inspection: Employees responsible for cleaning and bagging will check the soft parts again before putting them into plastic bags to ensure no defects.
5. Post-packaging Sampling Inspection: After packaging, we will unpack and inspect immediately to confirm that the accessories are correct and the chair details are intact.
