Recently, the prolonged and escalating conflicts in the Middle East have continued to exert significant pressure on the global supply chain, resulting in a sharp and frequent surge in raw material prices. Key materials essential for production, including sponge, plastic, nylon, electroplated components, and various auxiliary materials, have been experiencing severe daily price fluctuations. At present, there are still no clear signs of market stabilization or price decline, bringing considerable uncertainty to our production planning and cost control.

Under such a complex and volatile market environment, offering stable and accurate quotations for office chairs and gaming chairs has become extremely challenging. Since the cost of raw materials accounts for a large proportion of the overall product cost, the continuous upward fluctuation has directly compressed our profit space to a large extent. Most of the orders we have received and confirmed recently are either operated at a slight loss or with profit margins greatly reduced compared to normal levels, placing considerable operational pressure on our production base.

Despite the severe cost pressure, our factory has always adhered to the principle of prioritizing customer interests and will not arbitrarily adjust product prices or transfer cost pressures to our customers. We choose to bear part of the cost losses ourselves, maintain relatively stable quotation standards for our cooperative clients, and avoid bringing additional troubles and operational pressures to our customers’procurement and market layout.

We sincerely look forward to the early easing and settlement of the regional conflicts, as well as the gradual restoration of stability in the raw material market. We hope that material prices will return to a reasonable and normal range soon, so that we can provide customers with more competitive products and more sustainable cooperative relations.
