Take our mid-back office or gaming chair as an example. A 40HQ container can hold approximately 400 chairs, while a 20GP container holds roughly 150 chairs. The estimated local FOB handling charge for a 40HQ container is around USD 870, which equals USD 2.2 per chair. For a 20GP container, local FOB charges are about USD 507, equal to USD 3.4 per chair. This explains why the unit price for a 20GP order is higher, since port fees are spread across fewer units.

We commonly quote FOB Shanghai or FOB Ningbo. Our factory arranges delivery of goods to the port and loading on board. Sea freight, marine insurance and all destination port charges are borne by the buyer.

We provide free spare parts for after-sales service, including casters, screw kits and gas lifts.

Recently, rising crude oil prices have pushed up costs for furniture raw materials such as leather, plastic, PU foam and sponge. We closely monitor both material costs and exchange rate fluctuations. We will notify customers in advance and update quotations accordingly. Our quotations are normally valid for 2 months.

Regarding samples: sample products are free of charge, while the courier freight will be covered by the customer. The sample cost can be refunded once you place your bulk order later.

Chair samples are shipped by air courier and normally arrive within 7–10 days. The sample uses exactly the same materials, colour, dimensions and specifications as mass production goods.
